We are so excited that you have decided to apply for the internship. The internship is the first stage of becoming staff with YWAM Mountain Refuge. This is a time to discover if your heart vision and lifestyle fit with the community. This is also a great opportunity for the current staff to get to know you better.

At Mountain Refuge you are here to help the next generation live the life they were created to live. Here we have created a safe place and integrated program of teachings, community rhythms, ministry sessions, and mountain adventures all geared towards growing in connection with God, self, and others. Throughout your Mountain Refuge staffing experience, you are invited into the journey to expand your capacity to be SAFE, AVAILABLE, and CONNECTED.
