Mountain Refuge has found a home

We always want to remember why we do this.
God spoke to our hearts years ago that He would send us the orphans.
Since the moment of that Word, we have sought His heart to know
what that means and partner with His project.

Out of our search came the vision:

Mountain Refuge is a safe place for struggling young adults to learn the tools necessary to be healthy and thrive.

When people are healthy and thriving, they wake up every morning with the clarity and confidence to go after the life they were created to live!

Through YWAM Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) we have seen the need for this first hand. Staff around the world have relayed stories about young adults who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious, vulnerable and unable to keep up with the program.

DTS staff have shared with us about the challenge of keeping the program on-track or meeting the students’ needs and sidetracking the program. Each staff person we have shared our vision with understands the need for a place like Mountain Refuge and can name people that they would like to refer to us immediately!

The need for a safe place for struggling young adults is becoming greater and greater in YWAM and at large.

We cannot move forward with the full vision without a property.

We need $1,225,000 to purchase a
home for Mountain Refuge

We already have $225,000 toward the house!! We know it will take a lot to raise the remaining $1,000,000 but we have felt God instructing us to ask for $1 million for over a decade now and are confident He has already been lining up the provision.
